Recruitment process for candidates
How do we find the right role for you?
- Firstly – and most importantly, we want you to know that we will be totally discreet during any communications which take place between us
- If you would like to register with us, or if you see a EUROPA advertisement that interests you, please email us, preferably with a CV and an explanation of your current circumstances and preferences
- If you do not have a CV, please do email us anyway to register your interest in EUROPA
- We will search our database of vacancies once we have received your CV and advise you of any roles already known to us which we feel may be suitable
- We will respond to every application or enquiry, by email or telephone as you prefer, to advise you of our intentions
- We may ask you to take part in a telephone or face to face interview with us before forwarding your details to any employers - this is of course a two-way process and we are happy for you to interrogate us on the recruiting company as well!
- Should we feel that you fit the employers' specification, we will then ask you for permission to forward your career details to them – but at this point we will not reveal your name or contact details
- Should the employer be interested in moving forward, we will then ask your permission to reveal your name
- At this point we will suggest either a face to face interview with the employer, or possibly an initial telephone interview
- We will push the company for early feedback and provide this to you without delay
- You will also then have the opportunity to provide us with any feedback or questions for the employer
- We ask that you do not liaise directly with the employer without our prior agreement, as this tends to cause confusion and client relationship issues
- After the interview we will strive to keep you updated at all times
- Should you have any concerns, or wish to withdraw at any point, please alert us immediately to ensure that we can demonstrate total professionalism at all times
- We will advise you of the outcome of any interview as soon as we have the information
