How do we find the right person for you?

  • We take a brief on your exact requirements, covering the profile of the ideal candidate, your timescales, the salary bracket in which you would like to work, the likely background of the candidate and so on
  • We discuss interview and selection process then agree your preferred style
  • We then agree the search vehicles which will be adopted – e.g. press, web and so on
  • You will receive no more than three CV's at any time
  • We will present each candidate to only one company at a time
  • We review the level of fit with you and revise search strategy accordingly if required
  • When you identify a ‘likely candidate', we will brief them and carry out further qualification
  • Should both parties then wish to proceed, we will arrange an introduction for either an initial telephone interview or a face to face interview
  • We then ask you to provide us with speedy and comprehensive feedback
  • Once we have received your comments we will debrief the candidate and pass on any feedback from them
  • Should you not wish to proceed we will advise accordingly
  • Should the candidate wish to drop out of the process at any point, you will be advised immediately
  • If you do wish to pursue the opportunity further, we will arrange this with the candidate in whatever form suits you both
  • If all goes well and you wish to make an offer, we would ask that you advise us first
